If you have a documented permanent disability and will be studying at a designated post-secondary institution, the following programs may help you:

What is a permanent disability?

For the programs above, the definition of a permanent disability is "a functional limitation caused by a physical or mental impairment that restricts the ability of a person to perform the daily activities necessary to participate in studies at a post-secondary level or in the labour force and that is expected to remain for the person's expected natural life."

For students who do not have medical documentation for their permanent disability, a verification of permanent disability form [236kb] can be used when applying for these programs.
