As of August 1, 2011 there will be changes to the Canada and B.C. student financial assistance programs. The new Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement (MSFAA) for Canada and BC will replace the previous Provincial BC Master Student Loan Agreement (MLAG) and the Federal Certificate of Eligibility/Canada Student Loan Agreement (CE/SLA).
