Learning disability assessment bursary

This bursary program helps part-time or full-time students with the up-front costs of the learning disabilities assessment.

What is available?

Up to $1,800 is available to eligible students. If you have a learning disability, you need a recent learning disability assessment to determine eligibility for services and/or equipment.

How do I apply?

Contact the disability services office at your public post-secondary institution to complete the Permanent Disability Programs Application.

(Sections 1, 2, 3 are required. Section 4 may be required)

Note: By signing the Declaration section, you agree to release the reimbursement back to your institution's learning disability assessment bursary account so that other eligible students can access funds.

You do not need to complete the Verification of Permanent Disability section of your application if you have previously established your permanent disability status with StudentAid BC.
