If you contact us by phone, an automated voice response system allows you to check the status of your application
24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need your social insurance number and student loan application number to use the system. Program staff are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
