Labour Market Sector Solutions Program
Labour Market Sector Solutions is a program funded through the Canada-BC Labour Market Agreement to help British Columbians get the skills they need for the jobs of today and tomorrow. This program is designed to respond to demand from sector groups who have significant labour market issues (e.g., workforce up skilling, skill shortages) and no training funding vehicle by which to address them. To qualify, proposed programs must address a specific sector or industry-based labour market need.
Program Objective
Labour Market Sector Solutions Program provides funding to invest in the skills development of eligible participants to assist sectors, industries and employers to address identified labour market needs.

Labour Market Partnerships Program
Labour Market Partnerships Program is a program that provides financial assistance to organizations to encourage, support and facilitate labour force adjustments and human resource planning activities which are in the public interest.
Program Objective
Labour Market Partnerships funds projects that encourage and support employers, employee and/or employer associations and communities in developing and implementing strategies for dealing with labour force adjustments and meeting human resource requirements.

Labour Market Solutions Program –
Implementation of Labour Market Partnerships Projects
Labour Market Solutions is a program funded through the Canada-BC Labour Market Agreement to assist with training requirements that have been identified through a Labour Market Partnerships project. Organizations that have successfully completed a sector based or regional project under the LMP program are eligible to apply for funding to implement training for LMA eligible participants.
Program Objective
Labour Market Solutions provides funding to implement the training related recommendations that result from a sector-based or regional Labour Market Partnerships (LMP) project.
