Application Forms
The forms required to prepare an application for the strategic occupations component of the BC PNP are provided in PDF  format. PDF files are viewable with Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
If you are unable to use the electronic forms, please contact us.
Please refer to the application checklist [665kb] to ensure that your application package includes all of the necessary forms, supporting documentation, processing fee and that this material is assembled in the proper order.
The BC PNP will only process applications that are complete and are accompanied by the $550 processing fee.
Application Forms
Forms for Appointing an Authorized Representative:
Employer Compliance Declaration Form (for the Entry-Level and Semi-Skilled Pilot Project only)
Federal Citizenship and Immigration Canada Forms
Only submit a copy of these forms to the BC PNP. Photos and police certificates are not required by the BC PNP.
Do not submit any of the federal forms to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) until you receive the written confirmation of acceptance of your nomination. The BC PNP will provide nominees with instructions on submitting their federal forms to CIC.
Do not submit federal application fees to the BC PNP.
