Authorized Representatives
The BC PNP will only deal with the following types of representatives working on behalf of applicants:
- Immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants
- Lawyers who are members in good standing of a Canadian law society, and students-at-law under their supervision
- Notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec, and students-at-law under their supervision
Applicants to the BC PNP are not obliged to hire a representative.
All applications are treated equally, regardless of whether they were prepared with the assistance of an authorized representative.
The BC PNP reserves the right to contact the nominee candidates directly regarding their application.
