Top Grads Honoured

Advanced Education Minister Murray Coell celebrates the achievements of the province’s top high school graduates, chosen for excellent grades, service to their communities and involvement in extra-curricular activities, after presenting their Premier’s Excellence Awards medals on May 31. The award includes a $15,000 scholarship to attend a public post-secondary institution in B.C. The minister also announced a new award for a student with a permanent disability, starting this coming year.
