Students and Learning Division

The Student and Learning Division manages provincial and federal student financial aid programs for eligible B.C. students. It is also responsible for: intergovernmental issues; legislation; performance accountability, measurement and reporting; data management, analysis and dissemination; and planning and managing transitions within the post-secondary education system.
