The College of New Caledonia (CNC) has served students in B.C.'s central Interior since 1969. The college has grown from a fledgling institution in a portable building to a larger, modern facility with campuses in Prince George, Burns Lake, Mackenzie, Quesnel, Valemount and Vanderhoof. CNC offers a wide range of university credit, technical, vocational and general interest programs.

The College of the Rockies is located in the southeast corner of British Columbia. The main campus is in Cranbrook with five regional campuses in Creston, Fernie, Invermere, Golden and Kimberley. The programs and courses offered at the college include training in lifestyle and sport management, recreation and hospitality management, ecotourism leadership, adventure tourism business management, and mountain adventure skills training. The college also offers a range of regular program options including criminal justice, information technology, tourism and hospitality programs, office administration and technology, business administration, pre-medical studies, first and second-year university studies, child, youth and family studies, teacher training, health and trades programs, as well as programs and services for the returning adult learner.
