Columbia.
About the Board - The Degree Quality Assessment Board reviews and makes recommendations to the
Minister of Advanced Education on applications for new degree programs and exempt status submitted by B.C. public post-secondary institutions and private and out-of-province public post-secondary institutions and use of the word “university” submitted by private and out-of-province public post-secondary institutions.
Online Application System - The Post-secondary Institution Proposal System is a web-based application for
the submission and review of degree program proposals, applications for exempt
status, and use of the word “university”.
