The Ministry of Advanced Education’s primary role throughout project development is to facilitate the institution in the completion of projects within the approved scope, budget and schedule. Projects funded under the Knowledge Infrastructure Program (KIP) are required to fulfill specific requirements to receive financial reimbursement from the program.
