Major Capital Project Plan

Since October 31, 2000 the Budget Transparency and Accountability Act of the Province of British Columbia has required all government organizations to report on capital projects with total committed capital costs exceeding $50 million. The information is summarized into a Major Capital Project Plan report to the Minister of Advanced Education.
