The Centre for Students with Disabilities provides direct services to students with a disability, as above. The Centre also works with other University departments to ensure appropriate services are in place.

A technology lab for students with a disability is also housed within the Centre. The lab contains computers equipped with access software, a scanner, a Braille printer, and a CCTV (for magnification of text or diagrams).

Course materials in alternative formats (audio tape or Braille) are available for students through inter-library loans in the Bennett Library.

Students requiring any of these services are encouraged to contact the Centre as soon as possible. For some services, such as ASL Interpreters, we require four months of advance notice.
