How to Access Student Services

  • Phone for an appointment with the Disability Services Coordinator or speak with a Student Services Counselor during your regular appointment.
  • Academic accommodations are most often negotiated after the individual has been accepted into a program. It takes a great deal of time to put support requiring funding arrangements, adaptive technologies, or texts in alternate format in place. Contact the Disability Services Coordinator at least 3 months in advance of course start date.

Special Services/Equipment Available to Students

Northern Lights College offers a number of services identified earlier in this Resource Directory. However, interpreters and other specialized supports may be difficult to arrange in our communities. Speak with college staff well in advance of course start date about your specific accommodation needs.
