Access Education Transitions Program
(formerly Occupational Orientation Program)

The Access Education Transitions Program provides education, skills and training in a variety of areas to enable individuals to become more self sufficient in their home and community.

Students and instructors develop an individualized program plan from Academics, Residential, Social, and Vocational options.

Course selection is based upon the individual student's needs, taking into account the student's preference and interests and may include courses from the following list:
